Your tracks
Local playback only. Your browser may ask to “upload” a folder. This gives the player access to files in that folder and its subfolders; FretWolf does not send them to a server. Choose a lesson-audio folder, or use Open audio files to select individual tracks instead.

How to use the practice player
Download and unzip your lesson audio first. Open individual audio files or select a folder (where supported). Folder selection includes subfolders. Search matches filenames and folder paths; Previous and Next follow the full sorted track list, not just search results.
Play resumes from your position. Pause keeps your place; Stop returns to the beginning. Selecting another track stops the current one without automatically starting the new track. Previous and Next continue playing only if playback was already running.
The green Start and gold End flags initially span the whole track. Drag either flag inward to select a passage that repeats automatically; the shaded band shows the range. Keyboard adjustments enable section repeat too. Adjusting a range while paused does not start playback: choose Play when ready. Flags use separate rows so even short sections are easy to adjust. Focus a flag and use arrow keys for 0.1-second adjustments, Shift + arrow for one second, or Home/End for its allowed limits. Start stays at least 0.25 seconds before End (tracks shorter than that use their full duration). Adjusting a repeat range returns playback to Start if it falls outside the new region.
Move Start back to the track beginning and End back to the track end to stop section repeat (or focus Start and press Home, then focus End and press End). The band dims when the full track is selected. Changing tracks also restores the full range and turns section repeat off. Seeking within a selected section stays within Start and End; Stop still returns to the track beginning, and Play returns to Start. Loops may have a small gap depending on your browser, especially in background tabs; they are not guaranteed seamless.
Repeat track takes priority over Auto-advance; a selected section repeats regardless of either setting. Auto-advance is off initially and stops at the last track. Speed changes preserve pitch in browsers that support it, but slower playback can affect sound quality. Some phones control volume only with their hardware buttons.
MP3 and WAV are good starting formats. Other formats depend on your browser and device; this tool cannot convert unsupported files. Your audio and file list stay in this page only, and are not uploaded or saved by FretWolf.
